This training will be conducted in person. The halls of the Dicle University 15 July Culture and Congress Center will be used during the training. If necessary, the laboratories of units working on artificial intelligence will be used.

Physical Venue: The event will be held at the Dicle University 15 July Culture and Congress Center.

Food and Beverage Support: Accommodation and food expenses for guest instructors throughout the program will be covered by the project budget.

Technical Support and Platform Usage: Researchers accepted to the event will be added to WhatsApp groups. Researchers meeting the aforementioned requirements will be periodically informed via the TÜBİTAK training group, and efforts will be made to resolve any potential issues. Additionally, a technical support team will assist participants throughout the training process.
